Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods (sales, launches, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times within New Zealand:
- Urban areas: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Rural areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Please note these are estimates only and delays can occasionally occur due to courier demand or weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Sage and Sparrow is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the shipping provider. However, we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the courier service. We ensure delicate items are packaged well and as safe as possible.
Local & Rural Delivery
Additional courier charges may apply for rural delivery addresses.
